About The Role

As the Human Resources Officer you will partner with key stakeholders and managers to deliver generalist HR advice support and services to the Mount Arthur South project. The Mount Arthur South Project is located five kilometres south of Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter Valley NSW.

This role is a true generalist position whereby the successful candidate will assist in all aspects of the HR function. This includes administering HR systems HR analytics reporting training and development performance and talent management HR admin and more.

Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP) you will have the opportunity to be coached and mentored in this position in order to reach your full potential.

About You

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential

• Relevant Human Resources Qualification is preferred but not essential

• You must have a customer focused mindset

• You will have a superior attention to detail and strong time management skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Experience regarding conflict resolution disciplinary procedures and having difficult conversations
