Job Summary
Requirements
Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years relevant experience
Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience or 2 years post apprenticeship experience
Good communication and supervisory skills
Remarks
Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays when and where required
The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
Responsibilities
Lead a small team of staff to perform maintenance activities of Architectural Builder Works and Finishing (ABWF) and Plumbing & Drainage System (P&D) in nature and civil assets for all station-based systems / equipment in stations and ancillary buildings within the responsible line(s)
Monitor maintenance contractors quality safety performance and co-ordinate the C&R Works on site
Assist in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety quality and environmental issues
