Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary technical team in managing the operation maintenance alteration refurbishment and renovation of a portfolio of residential properties ensuring high standards of safety reliability availability and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee manpower planning budgeting safety and quality standards and management processes to support the delivery of excellent property and technical services
- Plan direct and control all maintenance renovation and A&A works in full compliance with statutory requirements and corporate safety policies
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services Electrical Mechanical Engineering Building Surveying or a related discipline
- A minimum 15 years of relevant experience preferred including at least 8 years at a managerial level
- Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution
- Strong leadership stakeholder management and problem solving capabilities supported by solid technical expertise
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
