Job Summary

Executive Officer in the Campus Development Team of the LKS Faculty of Medicine(Ref.: 534501)(to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a recognised degree and at least 5 years of full-time relevant work experience. They should have a good command of English and Chinese good organizational interpersonal and communication skills computer literacy a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude. They should be attentive to details self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as in a team to meet tight deadlines.

The appointee will provide administrative support for the Facultys Campus Development Team. He/She will assist in infrastructure and renovation projects facilities management procurement/tendering provide secretarial support liaise with different internal and external parties implement and monitor project tasks follow up on enquiries and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
