About the Role

In this role youll share our award-winning personal enrichment programs with individuals globally programs designed to support clarity confidence leadership and personal evolution. Youll connect with people through a proven simple system helping them discover resources that align with their goals and aspirations.

This is a relationship-centered role blending leadership communication and personal development with full training and ongoing support provided.

Tasks

What Youll Be Doing

• Share and promote transformational personal development programs with individuals worldwide
• Utilize a simple effective 3-step marketing system to connect with aligned clients
• Communicate the value of programs that support growth purpose and success
• Build authentic relationships with team members and clients
• Support and guide team members in aligning their personal and professional goals
• Work independently while being fully supported by a collaborative global team
• Manage your own marketing budget
• Facilitate orientations for new team members
• Engage daily in your own mindset and personal growth practices - we truly walk the talk

Requirements

Who You Are

• A strong communicator who enjoys meaningful conversations
• Organized self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Experienced in leadership mentoring coaching education social work HR marketing or related fields
• Skilled in relationship-building and empowering listening
• Passionate about personal growth awareness and continuous development
• Comfortable guiding and supporting others toward positive outcomes
• Aligned with values of integrity growth and contribution
