Role: QA Lead

Location: Toronto

Job Overview

Looking for a QA Lead with strong experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations. The role involves leading end-to-end QA activities test planning execution automation and defect management across multiple Guidewire modules.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage overall QA strategy
Create and execute test plans (functional integration regression UAT)
Lead testing across Guidewire modules (Policy Billing Claims)
Drive automation initiatives (Selenium API testing tools etc.)
Manage defects and collaborate with development teams
Lead and mentor QA team members
Provide status reporting and ensure quality deliverables

Required Skills

Strong experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite testing
Knowledge of Guidewire configurations and integrations
Experience with SQL and API testing
Automation experience (Selenium or similar tools)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Strong leadership and communication skills
