Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Archer Development Lead to drive the end-to-end development configuration and enhancement of RSA Archer solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Archer development with leadership capabilities to guide a team and deliver scalable GRC solutions aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Lead the end-to-end development and configuration of RSA Archer applications including solution design data integrations and workflow automation.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

Oversee and mentor a team of Archer developers ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Manage project timelines deliverables and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

Collaborate with Risk Compliance and IT stakeholders to align Archer solutions with regulatory frameworks and organizational policies.

Design and maintain documentation such as solution design documents configuration guides and user manuals.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Archer platform.

Stay current with RSA Archer updates patches and platform enhancements.

Ensure the security integrity and confidentiality of GRC data within Archer.

5 years of hands-on experience in RSA Archer development and administration.

2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity.

Strong understanding of GRC concepts and frameworks such as SOX ISO 27001 and NIST.

Experience with Archer Data Feeds API integrations and advanced workflow configurations.

Proficiency in SQL XML and related technologies.
