Our client is looking for a qualified Interior Designer to lead and manage the full interior design lifecycle for facilities and remodel projects across multiple local and international locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & D cor Concept Development:
- Develop creative d cor-led concepts to enhance office ambience.
- Create mood boards colour palettes artwork concepts lighting accents and styling proposals.
- Introduce visually engaging elements that elevate standardized environments.
Standardization & Multi-Site Execution:
- Apply core design standards consistently across all locations.
- Adapt concepts to suit different sites while maintaining a unified visual identity.
- Ensure solutions are scalable cost-effective and easy to maintain.
- Develop d cor guidelines and documentation for rollout.
Aesthetic Enhancement & Space Styling:
- Select decorative elements furnishings artwork greenery and finishes.
- Recommend minor layout or decorative adjustments to improve flow and appeal.
- Balance creativity with durability ergonomics and operational practicality.
Coordination & Quality Assurance:
- Manage projects from concept through implementation.
- Develop proposals manage budgets and ensure timely delivery.
- Review samples mock-ups and supplier submissions for quality and alignment.
- Stay current with commercial interior design trends and workplace well-being principles.
- Recommend continuous improvements to excellence standards.
Key Skills:
- Strong visual eye and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of colour theory materials finishes and spatial styling.
- Creative yet practical design approach.
- Ability to work within established standards.
- Excellent communication collaboration and time-management skills.
- Strong budgeting and organizational capabilities.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial or corporate interior design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating d cor styling and workplace design solutions.
- Multi-site project experience is an advantage.
- Experience with 3D visualization and rendering tools is an added advantage.
