Job Summary

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & DTP Operator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high quality artwork preparing files for print and ensuring accurate layout formatting and pre press standards. This role requires a blend of design creativity and meticulous attention to detail in desktop publishing.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts layouts and artwork for digital and print materials.
Prepare format and finalise documents for print production (DTP).
Ensure all artwork meets technical specifications for printers and production teams.
Create vector graphics illustrations and brand aligned visual assets.
Edit retouch and optimise images for various outputs.
Maintain accuracy in typesetting layout colour management and file preparation.
Work closely with marketing production and print vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Manage multiple design and DTP projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.

Key Skills:

Minimum 3 years experience in graphic design and desktop publishing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (essential).
Working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop InDesign is an advantage).
Solid understanding of print processes colour profiles bleed trim and pre press standards.
Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into high quality visual outputs.
Strong attention to detail layout accuracy and file organisation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong visual communication skills.
