The Content Marketing Strategist is responsible for building executing and optimizing content strategies that align with partner business objectives and drive measurable growth.
This role goes beyond writing content. You will plan and oversee editorial calendars guide content production manage workflows collaborate cross-functionally and continuously refine strategy based on performance audience insights and partner goals.
You will work closely with marketing directors coordinators designers copywriters and digital strategists to ensure content is not only well-written but well-positioned well-distributed and optimized for impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain content marketing strategies aligned with partner goals and growth objectives
- Create and manage editorial calendars across blogs video social media and email
- Align content formats with channel capabilities and audience behavior
Content Execution & Oversight
- Oversee content creation editing and publishing to ensure quality consistency and brand alignment
- Refine messaging and storytelling to strengthen authority and engagement
- Conduct content audits to identify gaps optimization opportunities and performance improvements
Team & Project Management
- Coordinate with internal team members and external contractors
- Manage assignments timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Maintain high standards while balancing multiple projects and priorities
AI & Optimization
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to support ideation drafting and scaling content production
- Ensure AI-assisted content maintains brand voice accuracy and quality
- Analyze performance data audience insights and competitor activity to inform strategy adjustments
Research & Insights
- Conduct audience market and competitor research as needed
- Use engagement and performance data to guide content decisions and recommendations

Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in content creation content marketing or digital marketing
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel content campaigns
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills across digital platforms
- Familiarity with content channels publishing platforms analytics tools and emerging AI platforms
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Google Suite Meta platforms and Mailchimp
- Experience managing automated email campaigns for lead generation and retargeting
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for ideation and efficiency
- Basic graphic design skills or experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Compensation:
