JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for direct revenue conversion .
- Providing counseling to all walk-ins viz students/ parents .
- Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates.
- Assisting the prospective customers to choose the right program and helping them in the registration process. This involves follow up calls to the visited candidates.
- Ensure maintaining the business targets and other front office compliance.
- Ensure that Centre targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization .
- Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target.
- Involves outbound calls for support walk-in generation.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Demonstrated strategic ability
- Excellent oral and written communication
- High levels of initiative self-motivation and time management
- Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels
- Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone email & face to face)
- Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers
- Strong on Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel skills
