Job Summary

Duties

Responsible for high-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of a professional services engagement or an outsourced solution. Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction maintaining client communication and the overall management of the client relationship. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. Works with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the clients business.

What Youll Do:

    • Collaborate with clients and Customer Success Managers to assemble requirements get feedback on designs and present results
    • Provide responsive and high-quality technical guidance to Workfront customers.
    • Recommend solutions to help clients advance their maturity and use of technologies
    • Help advance the customer digital experience by means of ground-breaking projects and thought leadership
    • Collaborate and direct multi-functional teams internally and externally to successfully deliver a project end-to-end
    • Participate and contribute to strategic account planning sessions facilitate customer-visioning workshops and serve as the liaison to delivery of value-focused engagements.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and challenges that customers may encounter while using Workfront.
    • Offer training and guidance to customers on how to effectively use Workfront to improve their project and work management processes.
    • Share recommendations with customers to help them maximize the value of Workfronts software.
    • Market trends competitive positioning and capabilities required for differentiation.
    • Assess strategic objectives innovation opportunities and other avenues of incremental value
    • Business strategy development process designs benchmarks
    • Conduct customer digital transformation workshops to help customers redefine their business processes and business models.
    • Understand and present potential risks and mitigation strategies - governance and change management implications
    • Enable customer adoption of best practices in delivery realization and optimization.
    • Assume a thought leadership role in devising solutions strategies in targeted sales cycles and drive credibility to influence the markets opinion of Workfronts solutions offerings.
    • Provide industry thought leadership strategic solution advisory and expert consultation to support customer enterprise transformation and business process improvement.
    • Act as trusted advisor for customers and a role model for Workfronts values.

Skills

What youll need to succeed:

    • 5 years of pre-sales/or consulting experience with a cloud-based software solution
    • 5 years in business management software sales or professional consulting
    • Must have experience with Workfront
    • Demonstrated ability in client-facing integration and/or implementation work (integration software development networking operations etc.)
    • Experience working with CRM applications such as and Microsoft Dynamics
    • Problem solver with an understanding of data warehouses and attention for data to measure results
    • Experience with data schemas and the ability to discern relationships between data sources
    • Excellent client and project management skills strong written and verbal communications executive level presence
    • Deep understanding of APIs and Fusion.
    • Understanding of and experience with agile workflows. Jira experience is a plus.
    • Experience in integrating Workfront with 3rd party platforms such as CRM Finance Systems DAM Creative Cloud Timesheets Event Platforms etc.
    • Manage and monitor API integration between Workfront and other systems including issue resolution system updates quality assurance version control service outage management and bug fixes.
    • Strong understanding of Enterprise work management to produce on a vision and concepts
    • Able to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike including high-level decision-makers.
    • Experience in the marketing a plus

Education

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 5 years of working experience in the technology IT Operations or project management sectors is a plus.
