Job Summary

Fragrance Advisor - Contract (Retail Sales)

We are seeking a proactive and professional Fragrance Advisor to join our retail sales team in Muzaffarpur Bihar. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of perfumery and guide customers in finding their perfect scent.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers regarding our range of fragrances.
Engage customers in the discovery of new scents explaining product profiles and olfactory families.
Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently including store management and billing.
Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor ensuring product availability and presentation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / 2 / Intermediate qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales with a preference for candidates from the perfume industry.
Maximum of 5 years of experience.
Proficiency in store management and sales/billing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for fragrances and a keen sense of smell.
Professional and formal demeanor.
