Job Summary

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (1x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in CRM database management and marketing analytics. This BA should be familiar with marketing concepts such as Quarantine Saturation Robinson Customer Lift OR CTOR and Control Groups.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Analyze and manage CRM and marketing data.
Develop SQL queries and reports to support business decisions.
Apply marketing concepts to measure campaign effectiveness.
Support BI initiatives and data visualization projects.
Maintain and update databases as required.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or Information Systems / Computer Science.
1 year of experience in Business Analyst roles.
Experience with Databricks Power BI and Jira.
Knowledge in SAS and SQL (database).
Understanding of marketing concepts (Quarantine Saturation Robinson Customer Lift OR CTOR Control Groups).
Strong soft skills: autonomy communication and critical thinking.
