Location: Porto On-site
Start Date: 12 March 2026
Contract Duration: 6 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00 Days off: Saturday & Sunday
About the Role
Join a cutting-edge all-in-one business travel management platform that makes corporate travel seamless. Our client enables employees to book trains flights hotels and car rentals while providing managers with tools for group bookings subscriptions and expense trackingall within a single easy-to-use app. As a Business Travel Advisor you will be the first point of contact for clients helping them navigate the platform resolve issues and ensure a smooth travel experienceall while upholding corporate policies and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Assist clients with booking modifying and canceling travel arrangements.
Provide accurate and timely information about travel services destinations and company policies.
Resolve customer issues efficiently escalating to supervisors when necessary.
Maintain and update CRM records for accurate customer tracking.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to continuously improve service delivery.
Collect and report customer feedback to contribute to platform and process enhancements.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role ideally in the travel industry.
High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent) required.
Fluent English (C1) and French (C2) for verbal and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Adaptable and flexible thriving in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Gross salary: 1000/month
Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
