About the Role
Join a modern all-in-one business travel management platform designed to simplify corporate travel. The platform allows employees to book trains flights hotels and car rentals while giving managers full visibility over expenses group bookings and subscriptions all in one intuitive app.
As a Business Travel Advisor youll be the first point of contact for corporate clients supporting them throughout their travel journey resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a smooth policy-compliant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer requests via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Assist clients with booking modifying and cancelling travel arrangements
- Provide accurate information on travel services destinations and company policies
- Resolve issues promptly escalating complex cases when needed
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and workflows
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous platform improvements
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience ideally in the travel or hospitality sector
- High school diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
- Fluent English (C1) and French (C2) written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
