Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights: This involves assisting passengers with their needs providing safety instructions and attending to any emergencies that may arise during the flight.

2. Greet passengers and help them find their seats: Air Hostesses are responsible for welcoming passengers on board helping them find their seats and assisting with any special requests they may have.

3. Serve food and beverages: Air Hostesses are in charge of serving meals and drinks to passengers ensuring that they have a pleasant and comfortable flight experience.

4. Maintain a clean and organized cabin: This includes keeping the cabin tidy ensuring that emergency equipment is in place and following safety protocols always.

5. Communicate effectively with the flight crew: Air Hostesses must work closely with the pilot and other crew members to ensure a smooth and safe flight for all passengers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Excellent communication skills: Air Hostesses must be able to communicate with passengers effectively and colleagues both verbally and non-verbally.

2. Strong customer service skills: The ability to provide exceptional customer service and address passenger needs in a professional and courteous manner is essential.
