Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Application Support professional to join our Treasury Applications team in Mumbai (BKC). In this role you will be responsible for delivering Level 1 support for critical treasury applications ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime. Your expertise in treasury systems and strong problem-solving skills will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of financial technology platforms. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to diagnose resolve and escalate issues promptly contributing to the overall stability and performance of our treasury infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective Level 1 support for treasury applications including Bloomberg Reuters CCIL Cogencis and related systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues ensuring quick resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Apply foundational knowledge of desktop support and networking to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand issues document solutions and improve support processes.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers with clear and accurate documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents resolutions and system changes for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in application support or a related technical role.
- Proven experience with treasury applications such as Bloomberg Reuters CCIL Cogencis or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of desktop environments operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
