REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of managing inventory and parts advisors demonstrate an ability to run an efficient and productive parts department and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees and takes responsibility for department operations.
Supervises and trains department employees.
Order Special and VOR parts.
Handles Inventory control and maintaining proper levels required by FCA
Sells orders and maintains return parts.
Pricing of parts and ensuring prices are billed properly and correctly on all invoices and repair orders.
Overseeing record keeping and paperwork.
Maintains and Overseeing merchandising and displays.
Develops good working relationship with vendors.
Maintains an organized clean and safe work area.
Completes and maintains required FCA training.
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Observes all Federal State Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

Required Skills:

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position. Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years experience in a dealership sales environment. Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours evenings and weekends
