About this position:
Our Client is a growing real estate development company specializing in the sale of off-plan residential apartments in Syokimau. This role requires a highly aggressive ambitious and target-driven individual with prior real estate sales experience capable of working in a fast-paced project-based environment. The role is office-based in Syokimau and requires a strong focus on lead generation lead conversion and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell off-plan residential apartments to prospective buyers.
Actively prospect for new clients by making calls conducting site visits leveraging referrals and building networks.
Follow up and convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and advertisements.
Professionally conduct property presentations site visits and client meetings.
Negotiate pricing payment plans and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Accurately record and update client information leads and sales progress.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
Participate in property expos events and promotional activities.
Maintain strong product knowledge of the apartment project and surrounding area.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve overall performance.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Sales Marketing Business Real Estate or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales preferably residential or off-plan developments.
13 years of sales experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
Highly aggressive ambitious and target-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working on a project-by-project open contract basis.
Willingness to work from the office and attend site visits in Syokimau.
Basic computer skills and ability to manage leads digitally.
Self-motivated resilient and results-driven.
