Job Title: Post Support Audio Visual (AV) Company
- One Post Support Mon-Thurs 12 hours per day (48 hours)
- One Post Support Friday-Sunday 12 hours per day (36 hours)
Rate: 9AUD/hour
Job Summary
This role ensures client satisfaction by handling post assistance and other related concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment and software.
- Respond to support tickets service calls and client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with installation technicians engineers and project managers to resolve post-project issues.
- Schedule and track warranty claims repairs and maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate service records and support logs.
- Ensure all post-support activities meet company quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
Good to have but okay with minimal experience since client will provide script
o Experience in audio visual support technical support or related AV role.
o Basic to intermediate knowledge of AV systems (sound systems displays projectors control systems conferencing tools).
o Familiarity with troubleshooting AV hardware and software.
- Strong communication and Experience
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
- Willingness to provide on-site or remote support as needed.
- Experience supporting live events corporate AV installations or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of networked AV systems and basic IT networking.
