Qualifications

Proven experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment preferably in a supervisory or lead capacity.

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional support teams (administrative messengerial and facility-adjacent roles).

Highly digital savvy; proficient in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Office scheduling platforms shared workspaces workflow trackers).

Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
