What this job involves:

• Develop comprehensive financial models for real estate projects.

• Understanding of financial modelling of various real estate asset classes such as commercial residential hospitality data centres etc.

• Develop structured models with an understanding of various business plan proposals such as Joint Development (JD) and Joint Venture (JV) models

• Execution of of studies including but not limited to feasibility location consulting best use technical due diligence and valuation

• Understanding and clearly outlining objectives of the clients requirement and assignments

• Strategize the work for quality and timely delivery

• Identify innovative solutions and develop report structures accordingly

• Undertake research into specific industry sector markets and competitors

• Delivery good quality analysis for market data as well as financial analysis

• Co-ordinate with consulting team members across regions for Pan-India assignments

• Manage and track database and productivity metrics

• Extensive intra city travel to understand market local geography potential/existing client sites including required travel to outside city areas as required.

• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables client service delivery and engagement - calls meetings site visits follow-up timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.

• Develop business models and projections on the basis of understanding of the market dynamics and clients business

• Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry (both investment and development side of real estate)

• Passion for Real Estate

• Passion integrity critical thinking / analytical skills agility / flexibility a continuous learning mindset

• Excellent organization skills ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
