Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: HRBP
Designation: Manager
Function: All Activities related to HR & Admin Division / Department
HR Reporting To Head HR
Location: Pune
1) Job Purpose
Responsible for all the employee related HR & Administrative activities. With good exposure in talent Acquisition including mass hiring and managing employee life cycle.
2) Responsibilities
Work closely with the HR Head and the Senior mgmt. team to develop & execute HR strategies that effectively support and enhance the overall business strategies.
Implement Day to day people strategies by establishing functional accountabilities by taking lead in Talent Acquisition Talent management L&D Employee Life cycle Employee engagement talent retention and overall administration.
Lead end to end talent acquisition including requirement gathering sourcing interviews offer managemkalaent and onboarding.
Ensure regular connect with all employees at office. Ensure timely and fair treatment to all employees.
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws HR policies handling all Statutory compliances related to the employees.
Lead new people initiatives in the organization including onboarding PMS Succession planning Career path Capability building Engagement etc.
Shall maintain HRMIS & HR analytics HR dash board.
Ensure healthy Employee Relations to achieve organizational goals.
Administer Statutory and Non-statutory welfare measures.
Participate in Plant associated audits for HR activities.
Conduct Exit interview for Staff & Operators.
3) Qualification

MBA HR/ MPM/ from reputed institutes with consistent good academic records.
4) Experience
8-10 YEARS in corporate set ups preferably employing 300 workforce.
5) Skills Required
Strong people management skills to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
Strategic Thinker
Well abreast with latest HR trends & tools
Strong interpersonal skills
