This role ensures operational content is current organized and aligned with internal standards while supporting remote teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Create update and maintain operational content guides and internal documentation
Coordinate content updates across operations compliance and support teams
Ensure accuracy consistency and version control of operational materials
Support onboarding and training content for remote teams
Track content requests approvals and deadlines
Maintain content libraries and knowledge bases
Qualifications
Must reside in the United States
Bachelors degree in Business Communications Operations or a related field (preferred)
2 years of experience in operations support content coordination or documentation
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Experience with content management systems and collaboration tools
Ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment
