Tasks
What Youll Do
- Coach professionals through mindset career and income transformation
- Support clients in navigating promotions transitions and strategic career decisions
- Facilitate breakthroughs in confidence communication and leadership presence
- Help clients build clear advancement strategies aligned with their strengths and goals
- Contribute to global programs workshops and international development events
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 8 years experience in coaching career development HR leadership development or consulting
- Strong understanding of mindset behavioural change and personal growth
- Exceptional communication facilitation and relationshipbuilding skills
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire trust
- Ability to thrive in a remote resultsdriven environment
