Popcorn Potential is expanding its North American consulting network and is seeking experienced HR and People & Culture professionals to contribute to leadership and career development initiatives within a remote advisory environment.

This opportunity is designed for established HR practitioners who bring experience in workforce development recruitment stakeholder communication and professional mentoring and who are interested in applying those capabilities within a flexible consulting framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured virtual discussions focused on leadership growth and career progression
• Apply HR and workforce development expertise to support professional advisory conversations
• Engage with qualified professionals using digital platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
• Contribute to online engagement initiatives related to leadership and professional development
• Work independently while operating within established systems policies and compliance guidelines

Professional Background

Applicants should demonstrate:

• 5 years experience in Human Resources Talent Recruitment & Development or People & Culture leadership
• Experience supporting employee growth mentoring or workforce development initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence working within remote collaboration platforms and digital systems
• A high level of professional accountability and self-management

Engagement Structure

• Independent consulting engagement (not salaried employment)
• Compensation aligned with defined engagement outcomes
• Flexible and portable scheduling options (part-time or full-time capacity)
