Title: Clear Skye Consultant (IAM)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Rate: $ 65-70/hr

We are seeking an experienced Clear Skye Consultant (IAM) to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience implementing and customizing Clear Skye IAM solutions integrating with enterprise systems and supporting governance compliance and access lifecycle management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop configure and implement Clear Skye IGA/IAM solutions.

Customize workflows access request processes and approval chains within Clear Skye.

Develop and maintain integrations between Clear Skye and enterprise systems (HR AD ERP cloud applications).

Configure role-based access control (RBAC) entitlement management and certification campaigns.

Implement and support joiner/mover/leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related technical issues.

Support audit and compliance requirements through reporting and access reviews.

Collaborate with security infrastructure and application teams to ensure proper identity governance controls.

Participate in upgrades enhancements and performance optimization initiatives.

Document technical designs configurations and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA).

Hands-on experience with Clear Skye IAM platform (development & configuration).

Strong understanding of RBAC ABAC and access governance frameworks.

Experience integrating IAM solutions with:

Active Directory / Azure AD

HR systems (Workday or similar)

SaaS and cloud applications

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

Strong scripting skills (JavaScript SQL or similar).

Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX HIPAA GDPR etc.).

Experience with ServiceNow platform is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
