Job Summary

Sr. GenAi & Agent Development Consultant

Location: NYC NY (3 days Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months (Potential to convert)

Interview: Virtual and final Onsite

Must Have AI / Machine Learning and GenAI Exp (must have exp delivering real-world products
- Pre 2022: AI/ML Exp
- Post 2022: GenAI Exp
Deep practical expertise with LLMs GenAi Frameworks (OpenAI Langchain etc) and agent development.
Production Exp:
- Taking a concept into Production
- Architectural experience with distributed scalable systems
Must have a track record of delivering high-quality AI products with scalability maintainability and observability in mind
Hands on Python Coding Experience (All GenAI is coded within Python - MUST BE HANDS ON)
- Hands-on experience designing and developing AI/ML models GenAI applications in production environments (cloud/on-premise
Most be able to mentor Jr team members
Strong understanding of microservices API design CI/CD containerization and MLOps practices.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD within ML workflows
Experience in agentic process automation or AI copilots
