Salary Range:per month (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced PYP Coordinator to lead the implementation and development of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). The coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of teaching and learning in alignment with IB philosophy and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning execution and review of the PYP curriculum.
Support and mentor teachers in implementing IB inquiry-based strategies.
Coordinate IB documentation and liaise with the IB for programme authorization and evaluation.
Organize and lead professional development workshops for staff.
Foster collaboration among the teaching team and promote a student-centered learning culture.
Monitor and evaluate student progress in accordance with IB standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Education (Masters preferred).
IB-recognized PYP training and minimum 10 years of PYP Coordinator and teaching experience.
Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
Commitment to the IB ethos and a growth mindset.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification. Proven experience as a Primary Social science Teacher (1 - 3) years Excellent Communication Skills. Strong passion for education and fostering a love for Social Science in young learners Should have good knowledge of subject with good experience. Students handling skills in the classroom.
