Automotive Sales Manager
MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities
- Manage train and direct a team of Automotive Sales Representatives
- Manage new car and pre-owned inventory in accordance with industrys best practices and company standards including all pre-owned vehicle appraisals
- Maintain manage and order new vehicle inventory allocations and custom orders
- Maintain a hard turn of 60 days & determine the best vehicles to stock
- Exhibit a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm productivity and accountability
- Accountable for daily performance metrics in sales appointments and call follow-up
- Support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership
- Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals
- Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
Qualifications
- Proficient in used cars and vAuto
- Must have previous automotive management experience
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead a diverse sales team.
- Ability to work with various CRM (Eleads) & MS Office products
- Strong Interpersonal skills; outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
- Excellent verbal/written communication strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success with growing sales volume and gross profit.
- Valid drivers license
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a automotive Sales Manager
