Automotive New & Used Car Sales Manager
Mike Terry Ford Mexia Texas

Mike Terry Ford is growing - and were looking for a high-energy aggressive Sales Manager to lead both our new and used vehicle departments.

If you know how to drive gross push volume build a winning culture and hold a team accountable this is your opportunity to step into a strong store with serious upside.

What Youll Do:

Forecast monthly and annual sales gross profit and expense objectives
Lead train and motivate a team of sales professionals
Drive both new and used car performance
Manage desk deals and assist in closing high-impact opportunities
Improve F&I penetration and front-end gross
Maintain daily sales logs and traffic control
Ensure consistent follow-up systems and CRM accountability
Monitor inventory mix and turn strategy
Work closely with the GSM and ownership on growth initiatives
Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
Maintain a customer-focused high-performance culture

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a New Car or Used Car Sales Manager
Prior Ford experience strongly preferred
Strong desk management and closing ability
Track record of driving gross and volume simultaneously
High accountability leadership style
Strong understanding of inventory management and turn strategy
Ability to build team culture and develop talent

Must have valid drivers license and meet all Texas state requirements.
