Job Summary

Project: The role is for a Sr Project Manager II (Master Scheduler) on the HI HAP/EDW DDI Project. The DDI is at a critical stage with delivery of remaining deliverables and continuation of the customer relationship.

Responsibilities:

Manage detailed project schedule for 10 workstreams and partner with State resources as needed to maintain integrated schedule
Setting up/maintaining predecessor and successor task and milestones in the schedule
Ensure project schedule passes all Federal checks (standards) and submitting weekly
Resource leveling the project schedule
Calculating CPI SPI BEI
Manage project contract deliverables and artifacts tracking and submission to State repository
Provide overall project management support including risk/issue management to ensure on time delivery
Lead/attend 25 standing meetings each week; additional meetings scheduled as needed.

Required:

5 years of Microsoft Project experience - working with multiple project schedules
5 years of IT Project Management experience
3 years of working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
2 years experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions
2 years experience working with State Governments
PMP certification
PMI Project Scheduler certification

Preferred:

Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) session
Healthcare Information Exchange EDI Healthcare Industry experience
Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Access)
Proficiency with MS Visio
