About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex high-impact projects from concept through completion. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology engineering and innovation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.

As a Project Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams leadership and clients driving alignment transparency and execution excellence.

This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on ownership problem-solving and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion ensuring delivery on time within scope and within budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans schedules milestones and resource allocations aligned with strategic objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients.
Define project requirements deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Monitor project progress proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide executive-level reporting on timelines budgets and performance metrics.
Maintain detailed project documentation including proposals reports change orders and post-project evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards regulatory requirements and client specifications.
Promote a culture of collaboration continuous improvement accountability and innovation within project teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Project Management or a related field. PMP certification preferred.
3 5 years of project management experience ideally within technology defense or manufacturing environments.
Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies frameworks and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while effectively prioritizing competing demands.
Excellent communication interpersonal leadership and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project Jira or equivalent platforms.
Ability to work independently while fostering strong collaboration across teams.
U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
