Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Regional Business Development Manager - B2B Corporate to expand our business operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
  • Generate leads through calls meetings networking and referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Present company products/services to potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends.
  • Prepare proposals presentations and business reports.
  • Coordinate with sales and management teams to close deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field. Engineering or technical knowledge is a significant plus.
  • 10 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Having established a new division or worked independently is a huge advantage
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated confident and target-driven.
