Job Summary
Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week - Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: 23810 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Middlesbrough. This role involves the preparation analysis and reporting of samples using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). You will play a key part in ensuring accurate identification and reporting in line with strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret job card instructions accurately including scope of works and contract reviews.
- Process samples and produce final reports in a timely manner following established procedures.
- Cooperate with the QC department and complete required audit schedules.
Skills & Knowledge
Essential:
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Basic chemistry
- Basic IT skills
Qualifications :
Essential:
- GCSE Science Maths & English
