Are you an ambitious and technically skilled IT Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity at a leading secondary school in Sheffield We are partnering with a highly regarded school to appoint a talented IT Technician to join their exceptional IT and network support team. This is a full-time permanent position starting ASAP.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for staff and students including hardware software and network issues
Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems networks and servers
Install configure and upgrade IT equipment and software
Assist with managing school databases and digital learning platforms
Monitor and maintain network security and compliance with safeguarding policies
Support IT-related school projects events and initiatives
Train staff and students in effective use of IT systems and resources
Experience and Qualifications
Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure hardware and software
Experience providing technical support in an educational or similar environment desirable
Excellent problem-solving communication and teamwork skills
Proactive and organised approach to tasks
Legal right to work in the UK
