Job Summary
Are you ready to become a Master Technician
We are looking for technicians who are ready to fast-track to Master Technicians and need a business to support them on their quest through manufacture led training programs.
Right now youre probably the go-to person in your shop but your paycheck and your job title havent caught up. Youre solving Master Tech problems on a Standard Tech salary.
Were the fix.
We have the volume of complex work and the manufacturer-backed training slots. Youll solve our backlog of brainpower by stepping up taking the lead on technical faults and finally get the training and job title of Master Technician with us.
The Credentials: We dont just promise training; we schedule it. Well get you the certifications to officially call yourself a Master Tech.
The Pay Jump: Our OTE is 50000 with an uncapped bonus. When your skills go up your bank balance follows.
