Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to manage and maintain our organizations IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of servers networks virtual environments and platforms while supporting business continuity through proactive monitoring maintenance and upgrades. This role involves close collaboration with internal IT teams to deliver reliable and secure infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers storage systems networks and virtual machines
Monitor system performance availability and capacity to ensure optimal operations
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis
Implement infrastructure upgrades patches and enhancements as required
Ensure high availability reliability and security of systems
Collaborate with IT teams to support application deployments and business operations
Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations processes and procedures
Support disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure business continuity
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and best practices
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in network administration virtualization (VMs) and platform management
Experience with server operating systems (Windows/Linux)
Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance management
Understanding of infrastructure security and access controls
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative IT team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
