Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Blackline Administrator!
In this role the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Blackline application. This includes monitoring integrations between Blackline and other applications such as Oracle Cloud and bank systems identifying job failures and working collaboratively with other team members to take corrective actions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Lead and support end to end Blackline system implementations including requirement gathering solution design configuration testing deployment and post go live stabilization ensuring alignment with Finance business objectives.
Analyse financial/data flows reconciliations and accounting processes to design optimized Blackline solutions that strengthen controls and streamline operations.
Collaborate with Finance IT and cross functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional system configurations and ensure smooth integration with upstream/downstream systems.
Develop and maintain implementation artifacts such as BRDs configuration documents test scripts user guides process documentation and issue logs.
Execute and coordinate System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities including Waterfall and Agile ceremonies system testing defect remediation and operational readiness.
Provide production support by troubleshooting system issues validating root causes and implementing sustainable fixes or enhancements in collaboration with technical teams.
Manage multiple priorities in complex environments by driving issue resolution maintaining clear communication with senior leaders and ensuring timely delivery of system functionalities.
Utilize strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook and MS Project to support analysis reporting and implementation tracking.
(Preferred) Work with related ERP/technology ecosystems such as Oracle EBS Oracle Cloud Fusion SQL based data analysis and process documentation to ensure robust integration with Blackline.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Management Information System or a related field.
Blackline system implementation experience or systems support.
Knowledge of business acumen regarding financial/system data flow reconciliations and general knowledge of basic accounting
Experience with systems support and execution including artifacts development collaboration with cross functional teams effort and effective communication at various levels including senior leaders.
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies and system testing.
Experience in problem solving consultation within complex environments and managing multi priorities relating to project/assignments.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including Excel Word Outlook Power Point and Projects.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Masters Degree of Business Administration Computer Science or a related field
Experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP
Skilled in detail design and process documentation
Experience in analysis design data modelling in Microsoft SQL Server development of Access databases/applications and general data management
