Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Intune Administrator to manage and support enterprise device management across Windows and macOS platforms. The role involves configuring deploying and maintaining Intune policies ensuring compliance and providing seamless end-user experiences.
Device Enrollment & Management
Policy & Configuration
oCreate and maintain compliance policies configuration profiles and security baselines.
oManage application deployment (Win32 MSI macOS apps).
oConfigure conditional access and endpoint protection policies.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
oMonitor device health compliance and security posture.
oTroubleshoot Intune-related issues for Windows and Mac users.
oIntegrate Intune with monitoring tools (e.g. Azure AD Defender for Endpoint).

Security & Compliance
oEnforce encryption (BitLocker for Windows FileVault for Mac).
oManage patching and OS updates.
oEnsure adherence to organizational security standards and regulatory compliance.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with IT teams security and end-user support.
Maintain documentation for Intune processes policies and troubleshooting guides.
Provide training and guidance to support teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for both Windows and macOS.
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory conditional access and MDM/MAM concepts.
Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager/DEP.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
Understanding of endpoint security (BitLocker FileVault Defender).
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (e.g. MD-102: Endpoint Administrator Associate).
Experience with Jamf or other Mac management tools (bonus).
