Position Summary:
Be the face of the hotel welcoming and connecting with guests through each guest interaction from arrival to departure
Respond to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to transportation reservations and dry cleaning
Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist the concierge team in general operational tasks whilst supporting other front office associates
Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding community know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service enabling future bookings
Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
Create meaningful guest experiences performing unique services that are tailored to client requirement
Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department
Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt & thorough manner
About You:
A current drivers license
Relevant experience in a similar role
Working rights in Australia
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
