Job Summary
Our Concierge team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests.
As a Porter your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Welcoming guests.
- Carrying luggage.
- Valet parking guest vehicles.
- Explaining hotel facilities.
- Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance.
- Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations.
- Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program.
- Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts.
You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus (but not limited to):
- Ability to lift sometimes heavy luggage.
- Ability to work as part of a team but also independently.
- Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous.
- Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol and
- C Class Drivers Licence (Manual).
