Job Summary

- Deliver a polished welcoming arrival and departure experience assisting with valet parking and luggage while proactively engaging guests.
- Actively identify opportunities to promote and upsell valet parking by clearly communicating its convenience efficiency and premium benefits.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised assistance drawing on a strong understanding of the hotels facilities services and experiences.
- Maintain an immaculate lobby and porte-cochère environment ensuring these spaces consistently reflect our luxury brand standards.
- Offer tailored recommendations for local dining attractions and experiences enhancing each guests stay beyond the hotel.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements including taxis limousines and airport transfers with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure a seamless joined-up guest experience.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- A genuine passion for hospitality and pride in representing a luxury brand.
- A natural ability to connect with guests delivering personalised proactive and intuitive service.
- Confidence in identifying and maximising upselling opportunities while maintaining a guest-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills emotional intelligence and professional presentation.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive solutions-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to safely undertake manual handling tasks in line with lifting procedures.
- A valid full Australian drivers licence.
