Job Summary
We are seeking talented individuals for both Guest Service Agent and Porter positions to join our Front Office team. Both roles are guest-facing and service-focused playing a key part in delivering exceptional experiences and anticipating the needs of our valued guests.
Porter Responsibilities:
- Greet guests on arrival and departure using their name when possible
- Collect deliver and escort luggage efficiently
- Park and retrieve vehicles where applicable
- Ensure lobby entrance and guest areas are clean safe and welcoming
- Assist guests with directions amenities and general requests
Guest Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional personalised service
- Handle arrivals departures room allocations payments and guest inquiries
- Promote Accors ALL loyalty program and assist with room tours
- Maintain lobby and front desk presentation to luxury standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping concierge and other departments
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience preferably in luxury hospitality
- Strong computer and systems skills; Opera PMS experience preferred
- Excellent communication organisation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Accors ALL loyalty program is an advantage
- Familiarity with Manly and surrounding areas for guest recommendations
- Ability to maintain high personal grooming and presentation standards
- Flexibility to support both guest service and porter duties
- Physical ability to lift luggage and assist guests
- Australian drivers license required
