Job Summary

Position Title: Lead Account Review Specialist

Reports to: VP Organizational Development

Position Objective: The Lead Account Review Specialist will serve as a resource for guidance instruction and training to optimize team performance.

Essential Functions

Function as a SME for the team to answer product policy project and platform questions.
As needed conduct training and/or knowledge sessions on general or specific topics pertaining to the program or system.
Provide hands-on new hire training for all aspects of the Account Review Team.
Assist the NREIG Program Manager as well as the Director of Organizational Development.
Produce and Deliver project and assignments to team and maintain timelines.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Demonstrate a passion for the companys mission vision and values.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

Active P&C license required
High School diploma required; 4-year College degree preferred
Two or more years in a Client Service position preferred
Above average skills in email and phone etiquette
Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite and other related programs.
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organization skills
