What Youll Do

As a English-Speaking Retention Agent youll be responsible for converting leads into active trading clients guiding them through their first steps and building strong long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients over the phone.

• Generate and nurture trading clients from new and existing leads.

• Promote and sell the companys products and services effectively.

• Provide professional guidance and deliver the highest level of service to both new and existing clients.

• Offer proactive client support addressing platform and financial trading-related queries promptly.

• Keep clients updated on market developments and company promotions.

• Assist new clients in starting their trading journey.

• Support clients with deposits and withdrawals.

• Inform clients of any new products offers and promotions.

• Ensure strict adherence to company policies procedures and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience preferably in a financial or trading environment.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a strong ability to close deals.

• Ambitious passionate dynamic and highly self-motivated.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work professionally with colleagues and clients.

• Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software tools.
