Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retention Desk Executive to join our English Desk in Dubai. This is an office-based role for a high-performing retention professional with strong experience managing high-value clients in the Forex / online trading industry.
You will be responsible for maintaining long-term client relationships increasing lifetime value and driving retention and upsell performance in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Requirements
Manage and retain a portfolio of English-speaking clients
Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service
Handle client objections and proactively manage churn risks
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
Meet and exceed daily monthly and quarterly KPIs
Drive revenue through upselling and client reactivation
Identify growth opportunities within existing client portfolios
