About the Opportunity
A fast-growing company operating in the B2B talent acquisition and HR-tech enabled services sector focused on delivering recruitment employer-branding and workforce solutions to enterprise clients across India. We are scaling our on-site sales team to win new corporate accounts and expand market penetration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive new enterprise B2B revenue by prospecting qualifying and closing clients across assigned territories using outbound calling LinkedIn outreach and targeted email campaigns.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal negotiation and contract closure while consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) update pipeline stages and provide reliable sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with delivery operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding SLA alignment and high client satisfaction for closed accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory plans refine outreach cadences and optimize conversion through A/B testing of messaging and channel mix.
  • Represent the business in client meetings and industry events; gather market feedback to inform product and pricing adjustments.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple active opportunities and hit revenue targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
