Travel and Hospitality Advisor

We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Travel and Hospitality Advisor to join our this role you will create memorable travel experiences by understanding client preferences recommending tailored travel solutions and managing the end-to-end planning process. You will serve as a trusted resource for clients delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to identify travel needs preferences and budgets.
Research and recommend destinations accommodations transportation and activities that align with client goals.
Prepare detailed travel proposals and itineraries that enhance the overall travel experience.
Communicate with suppliers hotels and tour operators to secure bookings and manage logistics.
Provide timely updates resolve client inquiries and ensure a seamless travel experience from planning through return.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
Proficiency with travel booking systems and online research tools.
